A lawyer in Charlotte needed a brand identity and website for his new startup firm. While he offers a full range of law services, he wanted to focus on helping smaller independent companies that have an artisanal or creative aspect to their products and services. We created a simple black logo with a focus on clean typography to reflect his tagline, “Accessible Law.” We followed that with a visual identity system that uses a robust and high contrast color family.
The design elements are simple and minimalistic, which lets the recycled materials and foil techniques really stand out. We also created a multi-page scrolling website that features subtly stylized photography of individuals in their working environments. This along with small graphic titles helps communicate the artistic tone of the clients he wanted to reach. These smaller section-based sites are great for companies who need a strong presence but have a smaller budget.
